Pterodactyl is a control panel that provides many options for managing the GTA SA:MP server. It allows you to restart the server, send commands from the console, set up a DNS, create a database for the server, and more.

Normally, within a few minutes of placing your order, you will receive an email containing the login details for the Pterodactyl panel.
If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder. If you haven't received anything after an hour, you can open a ticket with the technical department to request the server details.
You can find the FTP login details in the panel under the Configuration -> SFTP Details section.
The hostname is gamecp.kekshost.com, the protocol is SFTP, and the port is 2022.
The password to use is the same as the password for the control panel.
You can create a MySQL database from the Databases section in the panel. You need to choose the name and access level (all IPs or only the server's IP), and then click on "Create Database".
After creating the database, you can find all the necessary information in the Databases section. You can reset the password or delete and recreate the database if needed.

There are many reasons why a GTA SA:MP server may not start, most often it is related to the gamemode or various plugins/scripts.
You can see the reason why the SA:MP server is not starting in the server_log.txt file.
Of course, you can install any gamemode on the GTA SA:MP server. We do not impose any special restrictions in this regard. However, you must have the right to use that gamemode, meaning it should be public (open-source) or purchased.
You can reinstall the SA:MP server by using the reinstall button in the panel. However, this will not delete all existing files on the server.
For a complete reinstall, you need to first delete all server files and then click on the reinstall button.
There is a certain upload limit through the web file editor (File Manager). If you want to upload a larger file, you will need to use an FTP client like FileZilla.
