MONTHLYVPS stands for Virtual Private Server and represents a division as close to reality as possible of the total resources of a physical server. A server owner has the possibility, at the operating system level, to create other servers called virtual, but with behavior similar to a physical server. These virtual servers have the ability to install their own operating system and use clearly defined resources.
VPS packages offer the following features:
Windows Server 2022 and 2025 VPS – the ideal solution for businesses and users who need an easy-to-use, powerful, stable, and secure virtual server. Benefit from full access via VNC and Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) to manage your resources and applications quickly and efficiently.
With Windows Server 2022/2025 technology, you will experience the latest features and optimizations, extended support, and advanced security, all in an easily accessible virtualized environment, regardless of your location. Benefit from a 180-day Windows Server evaluation license!
Ideal for hosting applications, databases, software development, or even remote desktop, our VPS package offers maximum flexibility and guaranteed uptime, along with dedicated technical support. Also, on a Windows VPS, you can easily host GTA FiveM servers or other game servers better optimized for Windows.
A Virtual Private Server or VPS is a type of hosting that offers the owner the benefits and freedom they have when owning their own server, but without the high costs.
If you have a website or gaming server (Minecraft, CS:GO, Rust, Fivem, GTA SA:MP, etc.) that is under development or you simply need more resources than a shared hosting account can offer, then a VPS is suitable for you.
The VPS package includes:
hard disk space (the virtual hard disk available to the VPS);
processor frequency (the level of access to the host server's processor);
Core Processor (the level of access to the host server's processor cores – the number of cores chosen by the client for their VPS gives them the ability to perform multiple processes concurrently on the VPS);
guaranteed RAM (the guaranteed RAM value of the VPS);
internet access speed (the maximum upload/download speed the VPS has access to);
dedicated IPs (the number of IPs that VPS can use).
Of course, you can change the operating system anytime using the reinstall option in the Virtualizor panel.
Warning! If you change the operating system, you will lose existing files on the VPS. You must back up your data beforehand.
When you are starting out and don't have the resources for a dedicated server, you can begin with a VPS.
The VPS servers offered by KeKsHost.Com can provide you with the resources you need at the beginning, and then when resources are maximized, you have more users, and your site or servers are fully utilized, you can then transition to a dedicated server platform.
VPS stands for Virtual Private Server, which means a dedicated server is divided into multiple virtual servers.
On a VPS, you have the freedom to install a variety of games, for example, Minecraft, Counter-Strike, GTA San Andreas, redirects, websites.
Accessing Windows VPSs is done via VNC or Remote Desktop Connection (already installed on both VPS and any Windows PC; you can search in the Start menu for "Remote Desktop" and the program through which you can connect will appear).
You can also connect via SSH/SFTP to your VPS if you install the OpenSSH program available in Windows: OpenSSH Windows installation tutorial
Of course, you can install as many Minecraft, CS, Rust, FiveM, GTA SA:MP, etc. servers as you wish, within the limits of available resources. Each server must have a different port.
Websites can be set up on a VPS; for this, you will need to install a web server such as Apache2 or Nginx.
For easier website administration, we recommend installing a control panel like cPanel/DirectAdmin/WebUzo or VestaCP (free).
Of course, you can use the Change Password option in the Virtualizor panel. After changing the password, you must restart the VPS.
You can try to start the VPS in rescue mode to recover the data. After activating rescue mode, you need to mount the storage drive.
Use the command mount /dev/sda1 /mnt and you will find the files in the /mnt folder.
We recommend running servers under a separate user on the VPS to prevent this from happening.
