In order for a domain to be visible on the internet, it is not enough to simply reserve it as a name, but it must also have a place on a server where the files of the website and other additional services can be placed. A domain can indicate to the browser searching for it where it is hosted (on which server, from what location) through the ns records. Each web hosting service provider has its own ns records, which are indicated to domain owners so that they can respond on its servers.
The services purchased from us are activated immediately after the payment invoice is registered. The automatic activation process may be interrupted by certain system errors. If you have not received the activation details immediately after the payment notification, please open a ticket to check and correct any errors for the fastest activation.
To upload your website to the host, you need to use an FTP client and put the website files in the public_html folder. We recommend using FileZilla to upload your website. Do not add, modify, or delete anything from other folders.

You can find the access details to cPanel in the activation email for the web hosting service. Please check your spam folder as well. If you haven't received any email, please open a support ticket to receive the information.
If you need to create a new database for a PHP script, you can do so from cPanel under the MySQL -> Databases section. You also need to create a user in MySQL and associate the user with the database to use MySQL properly.
You can set DNS for your server from the Domains -> Zone Editor -> +A Record section. Here, you need to add the DNS name, for example: play.server.ro, and the numeric IP address of your server.
When you have a site hosted on the internet and make modifications, it is recommended to back up your work. You never know what can happen. By making a backup, you ensure that your work or that of your team is safe.
To create a backup, you need to go to cPanel under the Files -> Backup Wizard -> Backup section, then you can select whether you want a full backup (files, database, etc.) or just a partial one, for example, for the main folder.
If your website has encountered an issue or you simply want to put an older version of the website, you can do it quite easily.
If you have made a backup before, you can go to the Files section -> Backup Wizard -> Restore to put the backup back on the host. If you don't have a backup, you can request one from us as we perform daily backups for web hosting accounts.
You can see error logs and access logs in the logs folder in FTP. The logs folder is located in the root directory of your package, in the same folder where you can see public_html and public_ftp.
